How Tivarelo works

Create an account with a username, email address, and password. Email verification helps confirm that the account belongs to you. You can later enable TOTP-based two-factor authentication for additional protection.

Multiple accounts, self-referrals, or false age, country, and identity information may lead to an account or reward review.

Tivarelo currently integrates CPX Research for eligible surveys. The provider decides which surveys are available based on factors such as profile, device, location, and the audience required by a research project.

A survey can open on a separate provider screen. Accurate and consistent answers are important for matching and validation, but opening a survey does not guarantee that you will qualify or finish it.

The completion event sent by the provider is validated before it becomes final. Coins may become available or remain under review. Duplicate, invalid, refunded, or ineligible events can be rejected or reversed later.

Verified partner earnings, referral rewards, and daily bonuses are different ledger events. The Reward Rules explain which events count toward each feature.

The Reward Store displays the brand, value, Coin cost, country, and stock before a request. Your selected country puts the most relevant products first, while other country catalogs remain available to browse.

After a request is submitted, its status is shown in your account. If something goes wrong, open a support ticket and share the relevant transaction reference without sending your password or gift-card code.
