How digital rewards work by country
Learn why reward country matters, how to use the flag-based country selector, and what to check before choosing a regional gift card.
Digital gift cards are often tied to a country or store region. Tivarelo puts rewards for your selected country first and lets you browse other catalogs, but it cannot guarantee that an out-of-region code will work on your account.
Why is there a country selector?
Platforms such as Amazon, Google Play, and game stores may issue different codes, currencies, and redemption rules in different countries. A product with the same brand and apparent value may not work on an account registered elsewhere.
Reward Store products therefore show a country flag and code. The default selection prioritizes the most relevant catalog using device and profile signals, while the selector lets you deliberately open another country.
Can you choose a reward from another country?
You can browse it, but whether you can redeem it depends on the issuer’s rules. Before requesting the reward, confirm that the country of your store account, the code currency, and the regional note all match.
Tivarelo keeps other catalogs visible and labels their country instead of hiding them. That choice does not remove regional restrictions. A code requested for the wrong region may not be exchangeable or refundable.
What should you check in the store?
Review the brand, face value, country code, stock, and Coin cost together. The Coin number is not a live foreign-exchange estimate; it is the platform balance required to request that product.

Does changing country convert Coins into another currency?
No. Coin cost is the platform balance required for a reward, not an automatic EUR, TRY, or USD exchange-rate estimate.
Can I exchange a reward requested for the wrong country?
Once a digital code has been processed or delivered, an exchange may not be possible. Confirm the country and store region before submitting the request.
